胡艳玲

胡艳玲,女,博士,厦门大学理工学院材料物理化学系教师,1974年出生。19961999年获北京航空航天大学材料科学与工程专业学士学位硕士学位,2009年获美国康涅狄格大学冶金与材料工程学博士学位。2009-2013年美国加州大学圣芭芭拉大学材料系博士后。

先后从事过金属腐蚀与防护,高温合金的设计与表征的研究工作。近年来主要从事半导体器件的生长及结构表征的研究工作。已在《Applied Physics Letters》、《Scripta Materialia》、《Chemistry of Materials》、《Light: Science & Applications》等国内外学术期刊和国际会议上发表论文30余篇,其中《SCI》光盘、《EI》光盘收录20余篇;获福建省科技进步二等奖1项。

[2] 氮化镓基LED, LD, 及太阳能电池量子阱纳米生长,结构,及性能表征

[3] 铬基高温合金的结构设计及高温氮化性能
